How to create a new user

For assign privileges to the user, the VirtualCMS has a table where there are three actions possible on most permissions: publish, edit, delete.

For example, an user can edit and delete the articles, but can't publish them: in this case you select only the fields Edit and Delete.

You can also specify if the user can publish/edit/delete all contents of all the users (select "All") or only his own contents (select "Only their own").
