Automatic creation of the Summary section

In order to create a SUMMARY of a single edition when it is published, a Bookmark structure must be added to the PDF file that is going to be uploaded.

Acrobat Reader as a PDF editor/reader can be used to create this structure and the procedure is as it follows:

1.  Open the  Bookmarks navigation pane and click new Bookmarks from Structure from the Options menu.

2.  Select the individual Structure Elements that should be specified as bookmarks the Macro Sections and the Sections, add multiple elements as needed and click OK.

3.  The Structure of the Bookmark as it should appear in the SUMMARY of the edition is created.

4.  Upload the PDF into the main platform. The SUMMARY should be displayed as the Bookmark created in the PDF file.
