Requirements / Browser

For using the control panel we recommend using Chrome

Requirements / Android

To download your apps, make sure your Android phone or tablet has Android version 3.0 or above.

To Check which version of Android you're using:
- On your Android device, select Settings > About.
- Under "Version" you'll see which version you're using.

Requirements / iPhone and iPad

To download your apps, you'll need iOS version 6.0 or above.

To Check which version of iOS you're using:
- On your iPhone or iPad, touch Settings.
- Select General > About.
- Next to "Version" you'll see which version of iOS you're using.
