Creation of DISCOUNT CODES

In order to create a DISCOUNT CODES set it's necessary to create before a PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN and into it is possible to add one or more PROMOTIONS that contain the discount codes.

1. HOW TO CREATE A PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

- go to DISCOUNT section

- click on ADD CAMPAIGN

- fill-in the module with a name and a description (optional) of the current promotional campaign

- click on ADD

The promotional campaign just created will appear in the "CAMPAIGNS NOT YET STARTED" section and to add a promotion you have to:

2. ADD A PROMOTION TO A PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

- click on +Promo (+sign icon)

- click on ADD PROMOTION

- fill-in the module with name, description and validity period of the promotion

At this point is possible to create only one code that is valid for all users or multiple codes: one valid for each user

— MONOCODE Campaign (only one code)

in LIMIT CODES ACTIVATABLE insert the maximum amount of possible activations

in CODE TYPE select MONOCODE

if you want a custom code you have to select CODICE CUSTOM e compile the filed CODICE CUSTOM, otherwise the system will generate a random unique code

— MULTICODE campaign (more codes)

in LIMIT CODES ACTIVATABLE insert the maximum amount of possible activations

in N. CODES TO GENERATE insert the amount of codes that you want to generate

in ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS  you have to select from the dropdown menu the product you want to promote and the percentage discount (it can be set to 100% for free activations)

— click on ADD and SAVE

In the box that has been created related to this new promotion, you can click on VIEW CODES (eye-shaped icon) in order to view the valid code list for this campaign
