Deleting editions

Edition I want to delete: Newsstand view

Let's say you want to delete the edition you had published on Januanry 23rd, 2014.

Macro module

Login to your backend panel and navigate to the Macro module. Select the title and the date of publication (2014-01-23 for this example) and click on "Check files". If there's an edition published that day, a "Delete Edition" button will appear on the action-bar at the bottom of the page.

Clicking on the Delete button, will trigger a confirmation request, because this operation is not reversible. If you're sure you're deleting the right edition, just click on OK to confirm the deletion.

Active Jobs

A shortcut to delete recently published editions is to use the "Active Jobs" tab toggled at the lower right corner of the Macro page. Just open it up by clicking on its bar, and click on the "basket" icon of the edition you want to delete.
