How to create an Article

In backend let's go in the contents section and click on "create" button.

It will open a new tab that will allow you to choose
the type of content you will create:
Story - Gallery - Video - Audio - Poll
- Letter - Blog - Dynamic contents created ad hoc for particular content (eg. Product, Events, ...)

So let's choose the Story typology to start.
Let's look at the board that will appear.

The first dropdown allows you to choose the channel where you want to create the news
(if there are different channels on the platform)
and then the layout with which it will appear once it is published.

The Tabs Article / Preview / Mobile (the latter may not be active on your cms)
allow you to differentiate the content fields
between the extended version of the article, its preview and the version displayed on the mobile.
To ensure that the fields are the same in all views, make sure that the "Active copy in the preview fields" field is checked.

The following fields are the classics that compose the article. So:
Pretitle
Title
Subtitle
Summary
Image (with Title and Caption)
Content author information.
etc.

Tags field
This must be filled.
N.B. If the field remains blank, the cms will not save the content

In the follow field you can choose whether to enter text or storytelling (subdivision of text in multiple stories).

Next is the part of the page dedicated to the related content.
You can search them through keywords and add them as related just by clicking on the content to be correlated.
N.B. Content that appears in light gray is those not yet published in any section of the site.

Geo-restriction

Indexing
If "Index this content" is checked,
this content will be indexed by search engines.
(The field is checked by default)

Meta tags
To fill this fields you can:
- Leave empty to autofill them with the text put into the content
- Press the button to automatically generate tags
- Modify or fill manually the fields.

Custom link
If this field is fill with a link, the preview of the article will open this link instead of the content link

Short link
It is possible to associate to the article a short link.

At the end of the page you can choose if the content can have comments or not.
