Improvement to associate a channel to a menù and to filter the menu by channels

This improvement allows to associated associate channel and menus in order to easily filter them inside the menu module.

Go in the layout editor, click on Menu groups and specify a channel for each menu element

Then when you go in the menu module you will find a filter that allows you to filter the menu by channel

once selected the channel you will see only the menu associated to that channel
